As our second feature of hand-drawn animations by Austrian-based artist Susi Jirkuff (b. 1966, Linz, Austria), “Friday, I’m in Love,” takes inspiration from The Cure’s rock ballad based on the A. L. Kennedy novel Paradise about living in the moment.
