As our second feature of experimental filmmaker Jodie Mack (born 1983; London, UK) is Point de Gaze (2012). A fabric flicker film titled after a gauze-like Belgian lace, Point de Gaze continues Mack’s exploration of intricate illusion and optical arrest through her use of composition and rhythm.
